The in-vessel inspection system on the JT-60
- 1. JAERI, Naka-machi, Ibaragi-ken
Description
This system's objective is the observation and inspection of the structures inside the JAERI JT-60 vacuum vessel from the outside. It is expected to obtain high resolution photographs by means of a periscope. The installation and adjustment of this system at the site will begin in November of 1986, and the system is scheduled to be put into operation from January of 1987
