Decreasing of the cross sections in the fixed angle region and planarity phenomenon

Decreasing of the cross sections of inclusive processes and planarity phenomenon at high energies are discussed on the basis of analyticity in angular variables. The problem is solved with the aid of Neyman-Pirson lemma and Truassar limitation upon differential cross sections in the region of fixed angles of particle escape
