Investigation of application limits of binary elastic collisions model at the scattering hyperthermal energy ions by solid surface

Description
The computerized simulation of the interaction of hyperthermal ions with the crystal solid surface is carried out. The application limits of the binary elastic scattering model are defined. The influence of using of different interaction potentials on simulation results are investigated
