Description
The possibilities were studied of the use of instrumental neutron activation analysis in the analysis of semiconductor materials of the type Bi2Se3-xSx where O<x<0.25. The determination of small quantities of elements in this material is difficult because it is disturbed by the dominant activity of the matrix mainly consisting of radionuclides 81Se and 75Se with high effective cross sections for thermal and epithermal neutrons. The determination limits were identified for 31 elements in dependence on activation conditions (activation time, neutron energy spectrum) and the decay time. (author). 7 tabs., 2 refs
