Energy dependent two nucleon transfer slope anomaly in 32S+92,98,100Mo and 93Nb systems
Creators
Description
One and two proton transfer angular distributions have been measured for 32S on 92,98,100Mo and 93Nb targets at a laboratory 32S energy of 109 MeV, just below the Coulomb barrier (∼112 MeV). The data all agree with DWBA predictions and semiclassical approximations. Comparisons were made with previous measurements just above the barrier where the two nucleon transfer probability shows anomalous dependence on the reaction distances. A simple model suggests that the two nucleon transfer slope anomaly is due to quantal diffraction
