Description
The energy intensity of industry in France has decreased since the first oil shock in 1973, thanks in particular to the various incentive measures of energy saving s put in place by the Public Authorities. This paper presents these measures as well as the path to take towards the best energy performance for a company, which begins with the realization of an energy diagnosis in order to acquire the knowledge essential for decision - making leading to the definition of an energy saving action plan. The paper also presents the importance to calculating the energy performance of an installation, monitoring it, and compare it to known benchmarks to set an improvement goal
Abstract (French)
L'intensite energetique de l'industrie en France a evolue a la baisse depuis le premier choc petrolier de 1973, grace en particulier aux differentes mesures incitatives aux economies d'energie mises en place par les pouvoirs publics. Cet article expose ces mesures ainsi que le chemin a emprunter vers la meilleure performance energetique pour une entreprise, qui debute par la realisation d'un diagnostic energetique afin d'acquerir les connaissances indispensables a la prise de decisions aboutissant a la definition d'un plan d'actions d'economies d'energie. L'article presente egalement l'importance de calculer la performance energetique d'une installation, d'en assurer le suivi et de la comparer a des references connues pour se fixer un objectif d'ameliorationAdditional details
