Description
Progesterone levels in defatted milk of normal diary cows and various abnormal ovarian functions were continually investigated within 113d of production by radioimmunoassay. The results indicated that the progesterone pattern could be used for studying ovarian function and analyzing the reasons of detection errors in pregnant test, such as embryonic early mortality, extended luteal phase, short luteal phase and so on.
