Phase equilibria in TlInSe2 - CuInSe2 and TlInSe2 - AgInSe2 systems

Description
Using data on differential thermal and x-ray phase analyses and values of specific conductivity and density phase equilibria are studied and state diagrams of TlInSe2 - CuInSe2 and TlInSe2 - AgInSe2 systems are built in in the whole concentration interval. It is determined that in the systems limited solid solutions are formed

На основании данных дифференциального термического и рентгенофазового анализов, а также измерений удельной электропроводности и плотности изучены фазовые равновесия и построены диаграммы состояния систем TlInSe2 - CuInSe2 и TlInSe2 - AgInSe2 во всем концентрационном интервале.
