This article shows the advantage of the contrast amelioration by mean of tomographic images filtering in brain exploration with HMPAO-Tc99 m. The used filter is a 2D Fourier filter. This filter amplifies the mean spatial frequencies and eliminates the high frequencies corresponding to noise
