Problems of radiation protection in industrial radiography and their solution

Description
The use of radioisotopes is associated with potential health hazard to workers and public. Industrial units which use radiation sources have to follow certain rules and regulations. Examples are given of some incidents which took place because the proper procedure/rules of safety were not followed. Corrective measures which were taken in these cases are described. (R.G.)
