Tendency to hot brittleness of Cr-Ni-Mo steel

Description

The resistance to hot brittleness of low-alloyed chromium-nickel-molybdenum steel perspective for metallic structures of energy installations is studied. It is found that the O8Kh4N2M steel with the structure of tempered lath martensite (σ0.2=700 N/mm2) has a sufficiently high resistance to hot brittleness and is recommended for work at 350 deg C
