In the framework of the wounded nucleon model with using the Glauber nucleus-nuclear interaction cross section calculating technique a successful description of the multiplicity distributions of produced particles in nucleus-nuclear collisions at 4.5 AxGeV/c is achieved. 17 refs.; 5 figs
