Composition of gaseous phase in the system Cd-Te-N-H-I

Description
A thermodynamic analysis of the closed Cd-Te-N-H-I system is carried out and equilibrium partial pressures of gaseous phase components are calculated in the range of 700-1100 K and general pressures from 1.01x103 up to 1.01x105 Pa. Comparing calculation data with Te2 pressure over liquid tellurium and CdTe found is the range of growing-up of monocrystals and epitaxial layers of CdTe by the method of transport chemical reactions
