The experimental determination of the nuclear reaction cross section with the use of the concentrations profiles of the transmutation nuclides

Description
Basing on the analysis of the profiles for transmutation radioactive isotopes produced in semiconductor compounds GaAs, GaP and superconducting ceramics YBa2Cu3O7-x under 4 He irradiation the energy dependences for cross sections of the reactions 69 Ga (α, 2n) 71 As, 69 Ga (α, n) 72 As, 71 Gd (α, n) 74 As, 63 Cu (α, n) 66 Ga, 65 Cu (α, 2n) 67 Ga are determined. 14 refs., 3 figs
