Electrophysical properties of neutron-doped germanium with varied isotopic composition

Description
Homogeneous specimens of n-type germanium with the given compensation degrees achieved by intended variation of crystal isotope composition and further neutron transmutation are studied. Occurrence of potential relief large-scale component linked with absence of correlations within mutual location of donors and acceptors in the specimens is detected
