Three-dimensional trim coil field in the VINCY cyclotron

Description
The trim coil magnetic field in the VINCY cyclotron was performed with the help of the three-dimensional (3D) software. The comparison of the 2D and 3D trim coil calculation results are presented. The 3d calculations of trim coil show some difference in their radial gradients as compared with the 2D results. The noticeable trim coil response dependence on the magnetic field level also occurs. 2 refs., 9 figs., 1 tab
