Eco information 9. Influence of operation of the plants Jadrova vyradovacia spolocnost , a.s., on the environment within September 2006

Description

In this leaflet the results of monitoring of chemical gaseous and liquid effluents into the rivers Vah and Dudvah as well as of radiation monitoring of Bohunice V1 NPP and Bohunice Radioactive Waste Processing Centre (VYZ) are presented. The radioactive effluents into atmosphere within January - September 2006 (for NPP V1, VYZ A1, and VYZ MSVP, respectively) were: 6.057 TBq (0.303% of annually limit (AL)) for V1 of rare gases; 42.221 MBq (0.053% AL) for V1), 8.613 MBq (0.916 of AL) for VYZ A1 and 0.608 MBq (0.202% of AL) for VYZ MSVP) of aero-soles; 49.715 MBq (0.076% of AL) for V1) of iodine. The radioactive effluents into atmosphere and hydrosphere within a September 2006 for NPP V1, VYZ A1, VYZ MSVP and NPP V2, respectively) were: 1.010 TBq (V1) of rare gases; 18.710 MBq (V1), 1.16 MBq (VYZ A1) and 0.054 MBq (VYZ MSVP) of aero-soles; 44.380 MBq (V1) of iodine; 0.629 MBq (V1) and 4.4121 MBq (VYZ, totally) of corrosive and fission products, and 393.5 GBq (V1) and 49.924 GBq (VYZ, totally) of tritium. For the period January - September 2006 these radioactive effluents into recipient of Vah River represent for corrosive and fission products 25.838 MBq (0.199% of AL) for V1, 41.287 MBq (0.344% of AL) for VYZ; and for tritium it is 6083.0 GBq (30.415% of AL) for V1, 621.788 GBq (6.218% of AL) for VYZ
