New crystal phase and phase equilibria in Bi2O3-Nb2O5-TeO2 three - component system at 773 K

Description
Phase equilibrium in a system comprising bismuth, niobium and tellurium oxides at 773 K are studied using X-ray phase analysis method. It is ascertained that there is the only ternary compound in the system of the following composition: 24±0.25 mol. % of Bi2O3, 24±0.25-Nb2O5, 52±0.5 mol. % of TeO2. Complete isothermal cross section of the system is presented
