Method of decontaminating radioactive contaminants

Description
Purpose: To enable decontamination irrespective of materials for even those of complicate shapes. Constitution: Contaminants on tools, protecting devices or the likes contaminated with radioactivity are immersed in a decontaminating solution containing at least one of liquid chemicals prepared so as to content the concentration of 5 - 30 % of phosphoric acid, 5 - 25 % of sulfuric acid and 1 - 5 % of oxalic acid and applied with supersonic vibrations at a frequency of 10 - 30 KHz under heating to a temperature lower than 80 deg C.
