Description

Experimental study is made into the process of sputtering of highly oriented pyrographite under irradiation with 30 keV nitrogen molecular ions N2+. A sputtering coefficient is determined from a target weight loss and a radiation fluence at the assumption that molecular nitrogen dissociation takes place. The dependence of scattering coefficient on ion incidence angle to the target is given. The investigation results are compared with analogous data for polycrystalline graphite and with computerized simulation results

Abstract (Russian)

Экспериментально исследовано распыление высокоориентированного пирографита при облучении молекулярными ионами азота N2+ с энергией 30 кэВ. Коэффициент распыления определяли по потере веса мишени и флюенсу облучения в предположении диссоциации молекулярного азота. Представлена полученная зависимость коэффициента распыления от угла падения ионов на мишень. Проведено сравнение результатов исследования с аналогичными данными для поликристаллического графита и результатами компьютерного моделирования
