In this presentation the author discusses the candidates for dark matter and means of detecting these potential dark matter sources. The candidates discussed are axions, Weakly Interacting Massive Particles (WIMPs), Massive Astrophysical Compact Halo Objects (MACHOs), light neutrinos, and non-Newtonian gravity.
