Description
The effect of low energy He-Ne laser radiation on the survival of mouse lymphoma P388 cell cultures was studied on the basis of the colony forming ability. Irradiation with 1.3 and 9 joule of 5 and 10 mW He-Ne lasers, resp., seemed to cause a relatively low cell necrosis. The survival curve did not show the shape characteristic of ionizing radiation.
