Creators

Description

This paper examines the local employment impacts of nuclear generating stations. Where necessary reference is made to non-nuclear stations, to draw comparisons. A distinction is made between the effects associated with the construction stage of power station development and those associated with power station operation. The former are often more marked locally but are usually of a much shorter duration than the latter. (author)
