Supporting teachers through the FS. A concrete approach to a major social challenge

Loss of competence, lack of skilled workers, lack of support for young talent - hardly a day goes by without these keywords being discussed in the media, and unfortunately this also applies to the topics of radiation protection and radioactivity. For this reason, the Radiation Protection Association (FS) has developed measures in its strategy discussions and concepts for supporting young talent to counteract the loss of competence. The FS has therefore been trying for a long time to make a contribution to the good support of young talent with various measures.
