Device for the discharge of fuel assemblies from the core of a reactor cooled with liquid metal to a fuel assembly store
Description
In a hermetic chamber, there is a fuel-charging machine with a fuel assembly grab head. It can be moved in channels both to the reactor and to the fuel assembly store. Coolant dripping from fuel assemblies is collected in a container that stretches over the whole distance between the two channels. It consists of number of carriages linked together that may be rolled out of the chamber through a transfer canal in order to take out the collected coolant. (DG)

In einer hermetisch abschliessbaren Kammer ist eine Lademaschine untergebracht, die einen BE-Greifer besitzt. Sie ist sowohl ueber einen Kanal zum Reaktor als auch einen Kanal zum BE-Speicher verfahrbar. Von den BE abtropfendes Kuehlmittel wird in einem Behaelter aufgefangen, der sich ueber die gesamte Strecke zwischen beiden Kanaelen ausdehnt. Er besteht aus einer Wagenkette, die durch eine Schleuse aus der Kammer zwecks Entfernung des aufgefangenen Kuehlmittels herausgefahren werden kann. (DG)Files
