Thickness film dependence of Ce adatom lifetime on Sm film surface deposited on tungsten substrate
Description
The spectra of Cs atom thermal desorption from samarium film surface deposited on a tungsten substrate have been studied at different thicknesses of these films. The dependence of Cs atom lifetimes, adsorbed on the surface of these films, on the film thickness has been also studied
