Tritium labelling of 9.10-dihydro-ergotoxines

Description

Tritium-labelled 9,10-dihydro-ergotoxines were prepared by hydrogenation of ergocornine and ergocryptine over Pd. Due to autoradiolysis the labelled compounds decompose within two weeks. (author)
