Calibration in X-ray fluorescence disperse spectroscopy

A method for calibration of X-ray disperse spectrometer is described. The method is based on decording the calibration spectrum. The total number of Kα-lines in the spectrum is assumed to exceed the number of chemical elements used to establish the canal-energy dependence. 7 refs., 2 figs
