Description
The application of Total Reflection X-Ray fluorescence analysis (TRXRF) to trace element detection (from P to U in the range ppb) in the medical samples: human urine, blood serum and hair is shown. Physical bases of the TRXRF method, the experimental set-up, the procedure of sample preparation and some results of the element concentration analysis in detected samples are discussed.
