Spin-identification of randall-sundrum graviton resonances in dilepton and diphoton production processes at the large hadron collider with ATLAS experiment
- 1. The Abdus Salam ICTP Affiliated Centre, Gomel State Technical University, Gomel (Belarus)
Description
The possibility of the Atlas experiment at the Lhc to detect massive Randall-Sun drum gravitons and determine their spin is discussed. The search reach is estimated for the channel with the graviton, produced in proton-proton collision, decaying into a pair of electrons and photons. A method for determining the graviton's spin-2 nature by analyzing angular distributions of it's photons and electrons decay products via the integrated center-edge asymmetry is presented.
