Digital Fermi level selection in electrocrystallized superconducting (Ba,K)BiO3
Description
The method utilized for the electrodeposition of superconducting (Ba,K)BiO3 is presented. Structural, compositional and magnetic data is discussed which support the hypothesis that the Fermi Level in these random oxide alloys can be set arbitrarily, or digitally, during synthesis, by the electrode potential or chemical potential of the substrate
