Outlook for the development of medications for maintaining fighting capacity of minimally wounded by ionizing irradiation

The article presents analysis of the available publications on diagnostics, medical classification and treatment of acute radiation damages. The presented data point to a possibility of enhancing nonspecific resistance to infections of the persons slightly affected by ionizing radiation. It is necessary to test and apply new immunomodulling compounds for solving the problem of maintenance and recovery of working ability of the persons slightly affected by ionizing radiation
