- 1. AN Ukrainskoj SSR, Kiev (Ukrainian SSR). Inst. Obshchej i Neorganicheskoj Khimii
Description
The process of cation-conductive phase formation in perovskite-like niobates during introduction of alkali ion by heterovalent substitution according to the following schemes: Pb1-xLa0.67x-yM3yNb2O6, Ca1-xLa0.67x-yM3yBi2Nb2O9 (M is Li, Na, 0 ≤ x ≤ 1, y=1/6x) is studied. Using the method of X-ray phase analysis, the structure and crystallochemical parameters of the synthesized samples and the composition ranges corresponding to the single phase are determined. The relation between the structure and electrophysical properties of the studied compounds as well as their perspective applications are discussed
