Frequency characteristics of the IBR-2 fast pulsed reactor power feedback
Description
Mathematical processing of power transient processes registered on the IBR-2 reactor at fast changes of reactivity by a standard control rod have been performed. As a result the amplitude-phase frequency characteristics of the IBR-2 fast pulsed reactor power feedback used for the reactor dynamic analysis are obtained. These are calculated for 25 power pulses per second and various levels of power and coolant flow rate. The equations of reactor kinetics and the Fourier transformation are used for calcuations. The power feedback is approximated by a simple lag
