Measurement and analysis of F2/sup nu$/ and xF3/sup nu$/ in the Q2-region 0.5--40 GeV2

Description
Preliminary values of the nucleon structure functions F2(x,Q2) and xF3(x,Q2) in the Q2-region 0.5-40 GeV2 are presented. A clear Q2-dependence is observed and a fit to 2/sup nd/ order QCD predictions gives Λ/sub M/S = 0.28/sub -.10//sup +.09/. Higher twist terms cannot be excluded, but such terms alone cannot account for the observed Q2-dependence
