Computation of the main thermodynamic parameters of secondary circuit of ALFRED reactor
Description
In this paper the authors made the first step in order to design for preheaters, pipes, control valves, turbine construction, intermediary moisture separator and reheaters for main by making simultaneous heat balance calculation for main steam system, high pressure turbine, intermediary reheaters, low pressure turbine, main condenser, main condensate system, and feedwater system together with cooling requirements for main condenser. Input data for this calculation was feedwater flowrate and temperature and main steam pressure and temperature. In order to make this calculation we used MATHCAD 13 computational program. (authors)
