Book
An electrochemical method for the determination of the chemical diffusion coefficient of oxygen in Y1Ba2Cu3O7-x as a function of vacancy concentration
Creators
- 1. Cambridge Univ. (UK). Dept. of Metallurgy and Materials Science
Description
The chemical diffusion coefficient of oxygen in Y1Ba2Cu3O7-ox has been measured as a function of oxygen vacancy concentration at 600-650 degrees C. The authors report that the diffusion rate is found to be exponentially dependent on oxygen vacancy concentration
