Opinion on the behalf of the Commission for economic affairs, in a new reading, on the bill project, modified by the Senate, putting an end to the search for as well as to the exploitation of conventional and non conventional hydrocarbons, and bearing various arrangements related to energy and to the environment (nr 370) - Nr 392

After an introduction which recalls and comments discussions within the French National Assembly and Senate about the bill project, an overview of arrangements introduced by the Senate and of challenges and stakes associated with the content and objectives of the bill project, this report contains a transcription of the Commission debates, notably on five articles of the bill project: one related to the underground storage of natural gas, another related to the judicial security of contracts of access to networks, another related to the judicial security of the new electricity distribution scheme and building networks, and a fourth one related to the information on respective proportions of bio-methane and natural gas in supply offers. Arrangements brought by the National Assembly and modifications brought by the Senate are then indicated for these four specific articles
