Is the B=2 skyrmion axially symmetric?

Description
I argue that the configuration of minimal energy in the B=2 sector of the Skyrme model is probably axially symmetric, and discuss the consequences for skyrmion-skyrmion scattering in the most attractive channel. (orig.)
