Description
An apparatus for specific heat measurement is described. It can be used for measuring solid materials by heat leakage method. The specific heat of a standard sample α-Al2O3 had been measured. It corresponds to one of NBS and the measured deviation is better than ±1.8%. The accuracy is ±3% to measured superconducting sample YBa2Cu3O7-x
