Inverse decay of muon in magnetic field

Description
The cross section of the process νμ + e- → νe + μ- in a constant uniform magnetic field for the initial electron being in the ground state is calculated in the framework of the Weinberg-Salam-Glashow model. The asymptotic behavior of the cross section is investigated in the cases of weak and strong fields and in the region of high energy of the muon neutrino
