To cerium effect on sensitivity of structural steel to ''fish-eye'' formation
Description
The effect of cerium different additions to 40KhN steel upon flockens sensitivity has been studied. Flockens sensitivity, the degree of free hydrogen liberation vary in accordance with the extremum law with minimum cerium additions of 0.25-0.30 per cent. The described phenomenon is explained by the manifestation of the mutual internal steel structural defect adsorption of hydrogen and cerium depending upon concentration
