Dynamic response of INTOR/NET blankets after coolant tube rupture
Description
For three different geometries of a water-cooled liquid Li17Pb83 filled breeder blanket module the dynamic response of the structure has been calculated to study the potential of these modules in case of a coolant tube rupture. Numerical calculations with the code PISCES have been carried out taking into account the fluid-structure interaction and the elasto-plastic behaviour of the structural material
