The properties of YBa2Cu3O7-x thin films prepared by MOCVD

Description
YBa2Cu3O7-x thin films were obtained by MOCVD using special set-up. It is shown that small composition deviations may lead to striking difference of the morphology as well as magnetic and transport properties. (orig.)
