Limits of local thermodynamic equilibrium in short spaced cesium plasmas

Description
Limits of validity of the assumption of local thermodynamic equilibrium in short spaced cesium plasmas are deduced from necessary conditions for the existence of local translational, internal, and radiation equilibrium. Results are presented graphically by curves of total pressure or electron density as a function of electron temperature required to satisfy the given conditions.
