Description
Screening possibility of the kilometer 2-type radio bursts by the heliospheric current sheet is pointed out. Two arguments for this are presented: 1)intensity of radio bursts is lower, when the current sheet is between the emitter (by the shock wave from the flash) and the Earth, 2)current sheet strong effect on refraction coefficient for the kilometer bursts due to the approximate equality of electron densities in the shock wave and the strimer
