Electric conductivity of polycrystal samples in Li2Be2O3-Li3BO3 and LiAlO2-Li3BO3 systems
Description
Electric conductivity of polycrystal samples in Li2Be2O3-Li3BO3 and γ-LiAlO2-Li3BO3 systems was measured. Regions of existence of solid solutions in these systems were determined. The obtained results were discussed on the basis of traditional quasichemical reactions of defect formation
