The invitation of third parties to attend a procedure as provided for by the Atomic Energy Law

Description
In a dispute over the legality of a licence under the Atomic Energy Law, the interests (under public or private law) of the general contractor who received the order to build the power station may be sufficiently affected in a way that meets the requirements of Sect. 65 para. 1 of the Rules of Administrative Courts. Abstract (German)
Bei einem Streit ueber die Rechtmaessigkeit einer atomrechtlichen Genehmigung koennen die (oeffentlich-rechtlichen oder privat-rechtlichen) Interessen auch des Generalunternehmens, der mit der Errichtung des Kraftwerkes beauftragt ist, in einer den Anforderungen des Paragraph 65 Abs. 1 VwGO genuegenden Weise beruehrt werden.
