Description
The problem of anodic dissolution of a plane vertically placed tungsten electrode in alkali solutions under conditions of natural convection was solved. Equations for calculating the local (depending on the height) and average limiting currents of the metal dissolution, as well as for calculating the boundary layer thickness distribution over the electrode height, were derived
