Overview and common equipments of public beamlines at NanoTerasu

Description
At NanoTerasu, three public beamlines dedicated to resonant inelastic X-ray scattering, angle-resolved photoemission spectroscopy and soft X-ray magnetic circular dichroism are being constructed and coming into operation by March 2025. The outline of these public beamlines including their light sources and frontend devices are described. (author)

NanoTerasuには,軟X線共鳴非弾性散乱,軟X線ナノ光電子分光,軟X線ナノ吸収分光の3本の共用ビームラインが整備され,2024年度から運用が開始される。これら共用ビームラインについて,光源,フロントエンド等共通機器を含む概要を紹介する。(著者)Additional details
